Versys Ediciones T\u00e9cnicas S.L., in application of the current regulations on personal data protection, informs that the personal data collected through the forms on the website: www.artscentspain.com, are included in specific automated files of users of Versys Ediciones T\u00e9cnicas S.L.\u2019s services.<\/p>

The user is prohibited from accessing, modifying, viewing the configuration, structure, and files of the servers owned by Versys Ediciones T\u00e9cnicas S.L., assuming civil and criminal liability arising from any incident that may occur in the servers and security systems as a direct consequence of negligent or malicious action on his\/her part.<\/p>

Intellectual property of hosted content<\/h3>

The use of Versys Ediciones T\u00e9cnicas S.L. services contrary to intellectual property law is prohibited and, in particular:<\/p>

The collection and\/or use of personal data from other users without their express consent or in violation of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.<\/p>

The use of the domain\u2019s mail server and email addresses to send unsolicited bulk email.<\/p>

Protection of hosted information<\/h3>

Versys Ediciones T\u00e9cnicas S.L. makes backup copies of the content hosted on its servers but shall not be liable for the loss or accidental deletion of data by users. Likewise, it does not guarantee the total replacement of data deleted by users, as such data may have been removed and\/or modified during the time elapsed since the last backup copy.<\/p>

The services offered, except for specific backup services, do not include the replacement of content stored in backup copies made by Versys Ediciones T\u00e9cnicas S.L. when such loss is attributable to the user. In this case, a fee will be determined according to the complexity and volume of the recovery, always with prior acceptance by the user.<\/p>

The replacement of deleted data is only included in the service price when the loss of content is due to causes attributable to Versys Ediciones T\u00e9cnicas S.L.<\/p>

Commercial communications<\/h3>

In application of the LSSI, Versys Ediciones T\u00e9cnicas S.L. will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or other equivalent electronic means that have not previously been requested or expressly authorized by the recipients thereof.<\/p>

In the case of users with whom there is a prior contractual relationship, Versys Ediciones T\u00e9cnicas S.L. is authorized to send commercial communications regarding products or services of Versys Ediciones T\u00e9cnicas S.L. similar to those initially contracted with the client.<\/p>
